Meet Julie McGowan Art

 Julie paints in oil, watercolor, and acrylic. She has always painted with oils. With watercolors, she paints primarily with the Hake brush. Acrylics are just fun! 

Julie is inspired by the natural environment around us. She focuses on landscapes and seascapes of the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
